Testing as of today

We have a SWG and tested today and used Pool Math app. We got rid of our pool maintenance program due to being so costly and are trying ourselves. Any thoughts?

Added salt, MA and stabilizer per Pool Math app. Anyone have insight on where to get cheap Calcium Hardness increaser? Lowe’s was expensive for the amount we need.

Get your FC into the upper range for your CYA. See FC/CYA Levels
Add acid to lower your pH into the mid 7's.
Read Pool Care Basics
Some folks use Ice Melt for calcium. But that can contain impurities you do not want.

I see you have the Taylor K-2005 test kit listed in your signature.
Add the K-1515 to gain the needed FAS-DPD test reagents. This will allow accurate FC measurement up to FC 50.

How are you testing salt?
