Hello! We lost power during the freezing Texas weather and drained our pool equipment, following a video from our pool builder. Today the temperature was in the 60s, so we added water as instructed, powered everything up, and it appeared to be working appropriately, but I'm seeing two alerts in my Hayward app "Temp sensor open AirSensor" and "Low T-cell Temperature Chlorinator1" alerts. I'm struggling to figure out what the errors mean given the current outdoor temperature is 54'F and the Hayward app says the water temperature is 44'F. Our pool is stuck in freeze protect mode. Waits for someone from the pool company to come out are very lengthy and I'm worried by the time we get someone here, parts will be backordered. Any advice on what we can try on our own?
