Taylor 2005 vs taylor 2006

I have a salt water pool. I know Taylor 2006 is the recommended kit but my friend has an almost new 2005 c service complete kit. If I use this what additional supplies would I need to test

The K-2005 is missing the FAS/DPD chlorine test -

And you'll need a K-1766 for the salt.

If you add in K-1515a FAS-DPD chlorine test to a K-2005, it becomes a K-2006. That's the only difference.

As Newdude said, add in the K-1766 and you've got salt testing as well.

Please check the dates on the reagents in that old test kit, and be sure that it wasn't stored improperly (e.g. outdoors in a shed).
