Table and bench too tight

We are currently having a pool built and wanted a nice in water table with bench sitting around the table the PB just finished the gunite and the table and pedestal and the bench is very tight hardly any leg room at all! We are not happy with the way it turned out, and we let the builder know, they said they would look into it to see what could be done. My question is what can be done at this point to fix this?

Welcome to TFP.

I would think the builder can hjackhammer and demo the table. Then rebuild and pour you a new one further out. It is a bit of work for the builder.

How do you want things redone?

I feel the curve in the bench is too tight and the pedestal is set to far back in the curve, I guess if they could demo the pedestal and move it out some and a little further away from the curve it might be better

I think moving the table is doable. Changing the curve is not.
