TA Test with TFP kit

I go to Leslie's and they find 160 TA in my sample. I test it myself... the water just begins to turn from (blue?) to maybe red at 17 drops, full red as it gets at 19. Adding more R009 won't change the color after 19 drops. So is my measured TA 170 or 190????
