TA is 90

I have tested the total water and the only thing that was off was the TA, it is 90. I have been having health concerns this summer, so I have been
Testing mostly FC. The TA was 70 July 12. I am asking, can higher TA cause an issue with something? Is it not high enough to be an issue yet? It seems to be going up since I opened up the pool. It was 40 in May. I don’t think I put anything to increase TA since

TA 90 is fine. There is no level of TA that is "unhealthy". TA's effect is in how quickly your pH rises. If your pH is good, then your TA is good.

What is the pH & TA of your fill water?

Ph7.2 and Ta is 90. But I haven’t put any water in since last year. I took out about 5 in and kept 4. I closed the pool myself and took out
Water below the skimmer.
