TA and PH

My TA s very high. 150, Ph has been stable at 7.2 for three weeks. Rest of my chemistry is:

FC 2.5
Borate25
CYA 30

Should I be worried about the high TA and the Ph being a little low? Pool has a solar blanket on it during the week with the filter running. When the pool is uncovered, I run the waterfall but the Ph doesn't really raise.

Water looks clear just wondering if I should leave it alone or tweak the chemistry just a bit more.

Are you using pool math? Do you have a proper test kit or are these numbers from pool store? In my mind your FC is low...

Thanks for your reply. Yes I am using Pool Math and a TFT Test kit. FC usually kept between 2.5 and 4. I've been using Trouble Free Pool guidelines for 5 years.

Way to go with TFP! I would push FC up to at least 4 as my target to allow for drift...then again Im sure you got this covered...

Yes, I have already added chlorine and Im sure I'll be at 4.0 when i retest. Any ideas about the TA & Ph numbers I asked about in my original post?

The TA isn't high if the pH is stable.

I would leave it alone.

What is the calcium hardness?

Calcium is 50 I rarely check that since I have vinyl liner. FC is up to 3.5.
