Swim up poured concrete bar stools

Good Morning,

We know that our poured in place swim up bars will not be the most comfortable, but does anyone have any experience or thoughts on the most comfortable seating surface for in the pool.. For example, does it make a difference is we just leave the pebble sheen finish, or should we add glass tile or something …… Our pool is in Texas and will be Salt Water as well....

Most of the swim up bars around my area use a granite counter top for the swim up bar and use that same granite counter top material for the bar seat so they match.

Granite/engineered stone is the best amd some evem concave the seats so your butt fits in a little for stability

There is a company in Phoenix that makes polished concrete pool bar stool tops. Any color you want.

we went back and forth with it and ultimately decided just to use the pebble finish. They look great and when you are sitting on them in the water i’m confident you can’t tell the diffrence as to what you are sitting on.
