SWG & SLAM advice wanted

I've just installed a SWG system and want advice on how to change my SLAM process now that I have the system. For example the CYA is now at higher levels than I've run in the past so I would have tp get the shock level up to 25 to 27ppm and maintain this level. Does adding liquid chlorine to a SWG system to get and maintain these levels risk damaging the cell?
I have a vinyl liner system.

Just being proactive here, don't need to SLAM now but what to know what to do if I need to.

The SWCG just generates chlorine. If you let your FC get too low and need to follow the SLAM process, you do that. The salt in the water does not matter, you follow the non-SWCG FC/CYA Levels for your SLAM FC levels.
