Hello, it is my understanding that SWG (Jandy PLC1400) systems stop producing chlorine at around 53 degrees. Does the chlorine producing percentage need to be dropped to 0% when this happens? Is there any harm leaving the percentage set at current level (29%) through Fall/Winter.

When it shuts-off due to low water temps, it won't do anything. You might see a fault or some error notification. Leaving it at the last % output won't hurt. But generally when the water gets that cold, most of us just turn off the SWG and transition to liquid chlorine.
