SWG says 0000 PPM??

Hi All,
I have a 20k gallon inground pool with a Jandy filter, Hayward Prologic control panel and a Hayward SWG T Cell 9. My remote was flashing “low salt, generator off”. I thought I was just low on salt as we had Helene come through last weekend. I put in 12 bags over the course of 3 days assuming that was the issue. However, after still receiving the “low salt” message, I figured something was wrong. I cleaned the SWG with acid water mix like normal, then checked the instant salt reading and it keeps showing all zeros. Does this mean my SWG is dead? It is about 8 years old, but I only run the pump about 8 hours a day. Or could it be a control panel issue?? Or possibly something else? Thanks in advance.

What is your actual salt level measurement?
The 12- 40# bags would have added approximately 2800 ppm.

You can take your cell to a brick & mortar store to have it tested but I suspect it’s depleted given the age & size comparative to your pool volume.
Before installing a new cell you need to be sure of your salt level- if its too high you may fry the new cell.
The pictures look like an omni display not prologic.
Lets see if @JamesW can guide on the menu choices for getting the diagnostic info needed.

You also may consider getting a larger t15 replacement cell. We generally recommend a cell that’s rated for at least 2x’s your pool’s volume.
This will allow you to run it at a lower % or for less hours and not use up the finite (8-10k hour @100%) life of the cell as quickly. If you currently have a single speed pump this will also allow you to run the pump less = some energy savings.
