Swg down for the next week

I’m currently waiting on a replacement cell and power center. My 2 week old system stopped working over the weekend. The company is sending me a replacement but will be at least a week out. Does anyone recommend i put in some chlorine in the meantime?

Yes. Liquid chlorine / bleach. Every day. Test FC and maintain your FC / CYA ratio as per FC/CYA Levels

Just use liquid chlorine/bleach daily and test it daily. I can’t afford a SWG yet and only use liquid chlorine/plain regular bleach. I assume your CYA is a little higher since you have a SWG so the LC should last you a bit until the SWG is back from the shop!

Use liquid chlorine.
Dose according to the non-SWG recommendations of the FC/CYA Levels.
Shoot for the upper end of the target level for your CYA.
