Supports on blocks and not level on ground

As you can see by the photo my supports are on blocks and not level with the ground. We had someone install the pool. It has about 1 foot of waster in it. It is an Intex Rectangle 12 by 24 feet and 52 inches tall. Should I continue to fill it or drain and have the blocks level. Thank You

Drain it, someone last year did that and they all bent,

Just dig the dirt down and place the blocks flush
