Superflo vs integrating with intellicenter

When using the RS-485 automation kit ( black 8 wire) the green and yellow go to a rs-485-A com port but will the intellicenter recognize the brown, orange, blue and white inputs if the are placed in a different com port from say the intellichlor Circut board JP3 or JP4? I am hoping not to use up my relays or upgrade pump or circuit boards

I think we have some confusion...

The Green and Yellow are the only two wires that ever get connected to the RS-485 com port..

When using the RS-485 com port, the other wires are not used at all..

If you did NOT have a com port, you could use the other wires and relays to control the pump.. This is not your case.
