Installing my 15x30 AG pool. I assume I want 2 inches of sand on the bottom. After calculation, there is about 67 cubic feet of sand needed. Does that convert to tons? I am assuming also I would want masons sand? Any other suggestions about the sand portion would be appreciated. This is the first time I am trying something like this. Got one side up and will be getting other side tomorrow. Thanks in advance.

Well, I can get fairly close.
67 cu ft = 2.48 cu yds (get three yds....you'll need it)
1 yd of sand is roughly 1.5 tons so you'll need about 4.5 tons.
Typically, you never seem to have enough, and going back is a real pain. I'd get plenty.
