It seems every renewal, pool math doesn’t update my subscription renewal. Payment for the next year was charged by Apple on 11/2/22. The app showed my expiration on 11/15/22. I’m now locked out. Why does this continue to happen…very frustrating.

Tried that initially since this has been a reoccurring renewal problem. Tried it again and now seems to be OK. Hopefully, that solved the problem. Thanks for the prompt suggestion.
