Sub Panel Safety Switch

Most pool sub panel I've seen at my friends or neighbors have some kind of safety switch on the side of the panel that I think allows to shut off power in case of emergency without the need to open the panel. I haven't been able to spot one sub panel on the internet with that feature, is that a thing?
I'm looking to add a sub panel to the pool, with timers and GFCI breakers, are the Intermatic panels the cheapest option?

The Pentair Easytouch has cutouts in the bottom backplate for circuit breakers. It's pretty hard to see them in the images that online stores show, but they're definitely there. I assume this is true of other panels as well. I don't have any experience with Intermatic though.
