stuff on pool surface...

So, the surface of the water looks like it's got dandelion seeds all over it. I have skimmed the surface twice today, but I am losing the fight! I guess this is the join of spring time. I don't think my net is fine enough... What's the finest mesh net that's available out there? Any other recommendation in cleaning it up?

Keep your skimmer moving the water, use a skimmer sock and just be glad that pollen season is only so many weeks long....
