Went ahead and took a reading of salt in the pool water BEFORE adding any salt. It was 400 ppm. Pool calc based on 21,000 gal. came up with 525Lbs. Added 520 When I ran the water through the Taylor test I got a result of 3200. I thought I was golden until I went over to the SWG and hit the salt shaker icon it read 4.3g/l. Who's right? Before I start emptying out 23% of the pool. Manual advises upper limit of 3500.

I did not.
Manual doesn't even have that as an option. Pool PM told me he could walk me through it if necessary. I was going to take a sample to a local Leslies nearby and compare it to my results from the taylor drop test I performed.
Thanks Allen!

Why? Why do you think Leslie test is better then your testing?

Leslie only leads people astray.

You have the correct salt level. If the Aquapure is happy and generating chlorine then all is good.
