Starting from scratch!

Hello forum,

I just replaced my liner and have my pool fresh filled (from the hose) to appropriate level, started and primed my DE filter. I'm having a brain fart about what goes in first.
I have enough salt on hand, got my CYA stabilizer, and have a few gallons of bleach on hand. SWG is connected, but not turned on.
Forgetting what to add and in what order. I'm about to test the water chemistry to see what my pH is and some of the other things... considering that it was tap water going in... I'm gathering my chlorine is zero.
My above ground pool is oval 15x30x52 (inside depth), 54" wall height, so roughly 12,600 gallons. I'm in Long Island, NY... current temp is in the 60s. Got hayward pump and DE filter, Intex SWG.
Please advise what goes in and in what order. I'm thinking salt should be the first... but reading through various threads... I'm seeing bleach?! Much appreciated!

Add the CYA to get to 30ppm and 10ppm of FC with liquid chlorine / bleach. You want to get chlorine and stabilized in the water first. Ensure that you don’t lose any FC overnight, and then you can start getting your salt levels up, and then the CYA to where you want it to be for a SWG. You can adjust pH and TA as needed as you go. :)
