Stained skin

Not sure this is the correct area to post this. Appears I am leaking one of the chemicals on my skin when testing the water. I don’t realize it at the time until I see my skin stained brown. Any ideas of how to remove this and if it’s harmful?

Getting Silver Nitrate Reagent off Skin

So, was testing my NaCL level today. I've stained my sink in the past, so "should" have been more aware. Got this stuff all over my fingers, and cannot scrub it off. Mineral spirits or any other chemical to remove, or am I tattooed for life?
