Stabilizer stuck in pipe from skimmer to pump

So I was filling a nylon tight with stabilizer and my skimmer basket was not in and the partially filled nylon sock/tight fell and got sucked into the pipe. I was able to grab the tight and have the pump turned off. If I had to guess, I would say it is a total of about <1 pound of stabilizer. I am able to reach the clogged are and work it with. my fingers and continue to move it around as it dissolves.

Any suggestions on removing it or is this a waiting game until it dissolves?

Will have to dissolve. You could take a hose from the pump end and push water back towards the skimmer. Start slow.

Of note - I know better. Stabilizer in a sock or nylon does not belong in the skimmer. I was distracted and just being careless. I had just cleaned the skimmer basket, sat down, got lazy and WHAM.
