Because of the hurricane in Florida this week, I have had my pool pump off for the last 3 to 4 days due to power failure. I noticed that the spillover spa water level has fallen to equilibrate with the water level in the pool. Usually I run the punp 24/7 or more recently have started shutting it off for 10 hours.
My question is would having the pump off for 3 to 4 days cause the water level in the spa to reduce or do I likely have a bad check valve?
Thanks
