My pool is otherwise working, but the spillover from the spa to the pool suddenly stopped flowing. I haven't made any changes to either the low (1600 rpm) or high (3000 rpm) settings, nor any valves. I did cycle through the valves manually to make sure there wasn't a valve issue, and it still doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Post pics of your equipment pad and especially the valves on suction and return. You likely have a valve miss set.

Most likely your filter is dirty.. What is your filter pressure?
What color is your water? I suspect that your pool is cloudy and that you have algae.
