The PB plumbed our air blower directly into the spa return line the wrong way and the blower malfunctioned within a day….. is the a correct way an air blower can be plumbed into the spa return line? Or is there another way to get bubbles when there is no dedicated air line plumbed to the spa?

Welcome to TFP.

Unfortunately, no.

Air and water need to be on separate pipes and combined at the jets. The air bubbles will be lost if combined with water earlier in the spa return.

This is what Jandy recommends for air blower pluming...

We’re having issues with a leak in our blower and now the blower isn’t working (also a new build). I saw your post and I’m wondering how to tell if our PB plumbed ours correctly.
