We’re in the process of building a 20x40 gunite inground pool with a 8x8 spa and baja shelf in the Bay Area. It will be our first time owning a pool so we’re VERY nervous and excited but don’t know anything about what it takes to maintain a pool which is one of the reasons I joined TFP. How to properly operate/maintain pool equipment is also a mystery! Nonetheless, we’re moving forward with our dream pool. Excavation begins tomorrow!
