Hello everyone, I'm perplexed I have a leak on one of my panels that i was going to repair. The problem it's still spraying even with actuator to the closed position and the shutoff valve going into the panels also closed. I assume its being pressured through the return side. I'm wondering if that's normal?

Does your system have a vacuum relief valve? If not, adding one would allow the water to drain out of the panels and relieve the pressure causing your squirt.
