The extra distance would be no problem for your pump. My house is a good 75 feet away from where my equipment is. And most of it is only 1.5 inch PVC. If you use 2 inch PVC that would help tremendously as well.

So I'm going to buy (3) 4x10 fafco used panels for 125 I can go below that vent pipe and do 12 feet wide , I hope I see some type of increase from 120 sq feet.
Need to get the hardware to mount the headers to the roof any suggestions? Go with the fafco base ones or the alligator clamp ones?

I can't see the link or picture you were trying to add but that does not sound right to have the inlet and exit on the same panel.
Yeah it doesnt seem correct, but even the fafco installation manual says to have inlet and outlet on the first panel in the row. If I do inlet bottom left outlet upper right where should the vrv go ? Top left or bottom right?
The VRV can basically go anywhere. At the top may drain a little better. At the bottom requires lower pump pressure to keep it closed.
