We have a smartpool climber automatic cleaner. When we tried to use it this year, it will not work. I've tried troubleshooting it with the online suggestions on their website. I put the climber in the water and then plug into the outlet. I turn the unit on
and the red LED lights up but nothing happens with the climber. It is dead in the water. Any suggestions of what else to try? I cleaned the bag, reattached it to make sure it was on right. Checked the impeller to make sure it wasn't bound up with hair or anything. Unplugged the unit from the power source. Still nothing. Please help!
