Despite my best intentions, I'm slamming. Again!
CYA 60. Slam Target 24.
At dusk yesterday I checked FC and it was 18. I added the required amount of chlorine.
This morning before sun up tested again. FC 24.
That seems odd. The pool is still that lovely shade of green.
The other measurements are not within spec (pH high, TA so low it's a peach color) but those take a back seat to the SLAM process is my understanding.
Stay with the SLAM until I see clear water?

Youll want to read the SLAM article again. It states to bring the pH up/down to 7.2 before starting the SLAM.

The pH test is not valid at FC levels above 10. Ignore that for now. What do you mean that your TA test is peach in color. What was your pH & TA before you started to SLAM?
