Also just wanted to ask - the pH doesn't seem to change after 30 minutes at all, despite me adding the required amount of Baume 31 Muriatic (14 Oz). Does it take 24 hours to reflect? I assumed after 30 minutes, if tested, it would reflect proper values for the pH (pump was running).
Also is it my correct assumption that one does not in fact need the pump ON in order for chlorine to actually distribute itself across the water?
