Skimmer filter lid..

Trying to find a skimmer filter lid. Pool shop had some but the inside ( part that goes in the hole ) was to big... This opening seems to be 8", but the smallest I've found so far is 8 3/8..

Any suggestions?

I'm having a hard time finding websites that show good measurements. But I wonder, instead of looking for an 8" (inside) size, I wonder if looking at the 10" lids would work? From your pic, it loos like from outside edge to outside edge is 10", so perhaps the inside lip of a 10" lid would be 8"?

Here's one, but unfortunately it doesn't show the inside lip measurement. You would have to ask.

yeah - if we're going edge to edge looks like closer to a 10" lid is there anything like that that, that's just a lid? Not the bottom piece that sticks into the hole?
