Hello all. I have a 10K gal chlorine pool with pebble tech in ground. Small. Live in AZ so water is always warm. Wasps are forever in the pool. So after I shocked the pool Tuesday I put in 5.12oz of Algaecide to help with my algae problem and prevent wasps. They continue to come back and sip water. Can’t swim with these aggressive things dominating the water. Does this Skill It stuff actually work?

Hey Jr and Welcome !!! Algecide does nothing after you have algae. It's a prevention thing and really only for the winter when the FC is low. Otherwise the chlorine eats up the algecide which lowers your FC and then you have less of both.
