That is pretty much irrelevant.The pump is about 2' higher than the pool but the top of the filtration tank is about 3' higher than the pump, which has to raise the water level to almost to the top of the tank before the water will start returning to the pool.
Any pool pump can do well over 5 feet of head.
Once the returns are full, the static head drops to zero.
If you only have one skimmer and that is all you need, then maybe 20 gpm is fine.
For 2 skimmers, I would want maybe 30 GPM.
Your current pump uses about 1,650 watts.
Dropping down to 20 gpm will be closer to about 100 watts.
30 gpm might be about 175 watts.
