Looking for recommendation on the lowest power consumption and easiest control option for 8,000 gallon salt water pool and Spa, Spa has one valve for water feature that I'd like to be able to turn on and off. Was thinking a Pentair Intel flow one and a half horsepower pump and three micro bright lights plus control for saltwater generator and heat pump. Trying to avoid the ultra-expensive control box is hoping there's a simple option that works well together

How much control do you want? WiFi? You want to get a VSP larger than 1.5hp for the best in energy savings. Pay a little more up front but the savings by running it slower to get the same water flow is greater. A SWG actually needs no control other than being set in its own power box or on the cell itself (Pentair). If you want to control output, etc., you're getting into much more expensive controllers. You seldom have to make any changes to the output of a SWG, so that option may just be a "want."
The Pentair IntelliConnect will do everything you ask except control a valve actuator.
Right now, the least expensive option I know of that will do what you ask is the Waterway Oasis kit 770-1006-PSW2. The kit comes with two actuators, WiFi antenna, will control the IntelliFlow (or most other brands of VSP), lights, and turn a SWG on and off. Yes, its "older" technology, but they work and are about $1065.00. They do not have a sub-panel option, so that would need to be installed if this is a new build.
