When picking the cell type in the control panel, is this considered an RJ-45 or RJ+45.

I had it set to RJ+45 and am getting lo salt/cell maintenance lights after running for a few. I just swapped to RJ-45 and it seems to also be running, no lo salt as of yet, but the unit reads about 900ppm less than my manual test.

Before I send it back to Circupool I’m hoping to find it’s a quick fix.

The cell maint light is supposed to come on if the wrong cell is installed. Setting for you is RJ-45
Ok so this is definitely an RJ-45? VS RJ+45? I wasn’t getting the cell maintenance light at first, I was getting lo salt and the wrong salinity rating when it was on RJ+45. For now switching to RJ-45 worked but salinity is still pretty far off.

See the post above, OP should contact Circupool about the PCB adapter when you get the cell mismatch issue...
So I actually don’t get a cell mismatch error. It was just that I was getting a lo-salt reading. I switched the setting and it was fine until tonight and now I get a hi-salt reading. I was trying to avoid sending it back to them but it looks like I may have to.

Also, my cell doesn’t say positive or negative like that. In my email the sales receipt says RJ-45 plus but this is the cell.
