Shrimp in my salt water pool?????

Why do I have shrimp in my salt water pool? They are very, very tiny, but those are definitely shrimp. The second image shows them in relation to the bottom of a small beach bucket so you can see how small they are, maybe 1/2 cm.

I wish that was the case, but I am the one out there fishing these things out of my pool everyday. I wish they were big enough to eat or at least use as bait. Lol!

Any big storms lately? A pool is too hostile an environment to breed these so perhaps a storm blew them in. The salt level is also too low for them to survive long.
 
Wow! Thanks, I've never heard of such a thing. How do I keep them from getting in my pool? It does rain quite a bit down here and when it rains, it pours.
