I have a Jandy gas heater that is installed but I hardly use as I have pool solar and I’m in California. I have only used twice since I moved here 2.5 years ago. I was thinking to maybe sell or would I be better to leave for resale value of the home when I plan on selling in 10 years.
Should I sell Heater or keep for resale of home.

It won’t be worth squat in 10 years as a heater that is never used will degrade and be replaced anyway. If you want the money for it, sell it. Just leave all the services intact there - cap and mark the gas line, wire nut the electrical connections and seal the conduit off from moisture. Leave the pad in place and just loop the plumbing.
