Should I raise TA?

Using a Taylor Kit, I tested with the following results: FC 4.2, TA 60, pH 7.6, CH 270, CYA 60, NaCl 3200, Temp 75 F, CSI -0.52

I have a Hayward T-15 that runs for 9.5 hours per day at 50%. My replacement cell is brand new. It was installed 3 days ago.

Per Hayward Manual, ideal results are: FC 1-3, TA 80-120, pH 7.2-7.8, CH 200-400, CYA 30-50, NaCl 2700-3400

Should I raise my TA??? Or how should I decide if I need to raise it? Any other recommendations?

If you hang out here, you will be "violating" several of those parameters. 60 should be fine if your pH is fairly stable. Mine is 70 and I add about 1 qt of Muriatic Acid a week, when the pH gets to 7.9-8. It drops to about 7.6.
