Should I open the pool? (NJ)

So it has been really hot the last two days (80-90's). The weather is going to cool down next week and will be in the 40's at nights (see below). I tried taking the water temp and it is above 60 degrees as deep as I can get my arm over the wall of an above ground pool. Right now the water is clear. It seems soooo early to open the pool. Most people open around memorial day here (May 28th). I don't know what to do????

early is better to avoid green water. Surely you won't get a deep freeze again, I would.

Well, it was 62 at the middle so we opened the pool. So far looking nice and clear
