Should I lower TA?

Hi!
I recently switched to the Taylor testing and was surprised to see that TA is high despite most other measurements being good. Should I bother trying to lower it or just let it be? Testing values shown below. Pool water is crystal clear right now for what it’s worth so I’m afraid to mess with it too much if it’s not necessary.

(Taken with Taylor K-2006 test kit)
FC - 5
PH - 7.8
TA - 160
CH - 130
CYA - 55
Salt - 2900
Saturation is .3

Is it worth lowering the TA if everything looks great right now? If so, would you recommend adding the acid and aeration method?

If you are not getting any scale flakes out of the SWCG, then just manage the pH. When it gets to 7.8, lower it to 7.4 using muriatic acid.

If you find the SWCG is building any scale inside it, lowering the TA a bit more aggressively will reduce that.
