Should I get return water at the vacuum port?

So, I was changing the vacuum cap from white to grey and noticed there was water coming out of the port? Isn’t this on the suction side? Not sure if the valves are adjusted correctly? At the EQ pad the vacuum is on the suction side??

Well, after 3 hours on internet research and testing I figured it out. Dumb *** start up tech from the PB put the vacuum cover on one of the returns and the return flush eyeball on the vacuum suction opening😳😡👎.

I turned the suction to vacuum just to see, sure enough I was getting suction from the return eyelet🙄

Really? No wonder I was getting a non circulation pattern, one of the Dang returns was closed. Another warning to people, check your builders work.
