PB did the shotcrete today. We’ve dealt with water issues from the word go. Concrete company/Sub was supposed to leave a hole with sump pump and didn’t. Pool is already filling before the concrete is set. Concrete company insist concrete will set properly without issues. Seems counterintuitive....Thoughts?

you should be watering it 2 to 3 times a day and the water will not hurt it... Water makes it cure slower and therefore makes the concrete harder
