Shocking when opening the pool

We just opened our pool and it has the following test results:
FC 5.10
TC 5.13
pH 7.4
Alk 108
CH 385
CYA 52
The pool is clear. There was some sediment on the bottom but after vacuuming and 24 hours of filtering, that is gone. How much 10% liquid chlorine do I need to shock it?

18K gal, IG vinyl, 1 HP Hayden Superpump, 36 sq ft filter, Baracuda cleaner, Color Color-Q Pro 7 test kit

Do I still need to triple shock it?

Could you describe what you mean by "triple shock"? How many PPM of FC does this add to the water?

I have edited the original post. What I need to know is how much 10% liquid chlorine should I use to shock it, since the combined chlorine is 0.03.

I understand this test kit is not recommended by TFP; however, we have used it for 8 years and it allows us to keep the pool crystal clear.

I edited my original post. What I would like to know is how much 10% liquid bleach do I need to shock it? I assume it should be shocked when first opening the pool. In other words, how many PPC of free chlorine should be added to the water at this time?

Do you wish to follow the SLAM Process? There is no reason to 'shock' a pool.

No, I don't need to follow the SLAM process at this time. This is the first year the pool was in such good shape when opening. In the past, I have always had to add a couple of gallons when opening.
