I had a little algae when brushing the bottom of the pool and cloudy water. The all airy was around 60 so I added alkalinity till it got to 100 then the ph was high so I lowered it and then did a liquid shock 2 gallons at night. This morning the fc is still high at 12 and a little cloudy. Alkalinity and fc are in range . Anything I can do to fix this for a birthday party in a few hours??

Great. Post a full set of results from your kit. FC, CC, pH, TA, CH.

With a CYA of 30, you are safe to swim if FC is 2 or greater and 12 or less.

The SLAM process will clear the pool. Link-->SLAM Process

The pH test is invalid when FC is above 10. Let the FC come down below 10, adjust pH per slam process, then raise FC back to 12. Follow the SLAM process to clear the pool.

You'll be fine, the accuracy of the test is +/- 1 drop in 10. With some swimmers, your FC will be 12 in a short period of time.

We don't recommend chlorine neutralizer.

Retest your FC. With people in the pool for a party, I would not turn down the SWCG.

Test while you are swimming, don't let FC get below 5-6.
