Shelf Life of Chemicals

Greetings,

Would you happen to know the shelf life of opened (sealed afterward) containers of Soda Ash and pH Up / Down chemicals? They're from last Season, stored in a dark but dry area of the basement and was wondering if I should just buy new for this season.

They should be fine.
They sound like pool store stuff. Soda Ash is Washing Soda, pH up is Borax, and pH down is dry acid which should only be used in limited amounts.

They have more of a half life rather than a shelf life. You will be fine.
