Already did. That was one of the first things I tried. Is there a chance my bearings are going bad? Seems like I would have heard the grinding if so.

UGH. Dude, I wish I had more help for you. If you have rebuilt the never-lubes, unions, pump drains, cover lid, AND shaft seal, there is no other conclusion than your skimmers or feed pipes have a leak.
