My 13-year old 20-lb pug is becoming completely blind. He has wandered into the pool a couple of times. He can float but I don't think he knows how to get out of the pool on his own. I am looking for a small fence like barricade, a non-permanent install on the concrete/stone desk, to block off certain areas alongside the pool edge. Any recommendations? Thanks.
