Hello Thunder550: I want to be totally transparent here. A year and a half ago we tried the Scum Ray out in our own hot tubs to see if this is a product that works the way the company in Canada stated on their website. Since we are a manufacturer of biofilm remediation products we decided to give this a try. It works. The Scum Ray was so successful for us in our tubs that we took the product on as their American Distributor. We offer the product on our website as well. For years we tried numerous scum grabbing floaters, balls, fish, sun shaped floaters and the like. Nothing compares to the Scum Ray. We have sold over a thousand of these guys and have never received one return. That speaks to the effectiveness of this product. The big problem we are having right now is actually getting them in stock. Great product and one that every hot tub owner should have.
