ScreenLogic Stopped Working

My ScreenLogic stopped working today. Sometimes the app shows the normal screen but with no values such as temperature and doesn't control anything. I'm unable to login to Configure ScreenLogic from my locally connected PC. Maybe a coincidence but my router was replaced today but all network connections and all devices are working properly except for ScreenLogic. The only thing I did during the router replacement was to unplug ScreenLogic. The new router is configured the same as the old. Sometimes after rebooting the router the ScreenLogic app will look normal with values but it won't control anything. The values shown are frozen are likely from the last time ScreenLogic worked.

I've cycled power many times on everything but no go. I've called Pentair Support but the rep was of no help. The red light is illuminated on the protocol converter and the green power light on ScreenLogic is flashing rapidly. The green power light under the hood on the receiver/transmitter outside is on.

Any suggestions?

The rapidly flashing power light indicates that the inside transmitter is trying to connect to the outside, but there was some interference. Move the transmitter around to find a better location that it connects with.[42]

New router may be more powerful, different channel, etc.

Do you have ScreenLogic Connect? If yes, does your adapter appear in the 'Local Systems' window?

@mknauss, thanks for looking into this and pointing out the Wiki! Moving the ScreenLogic wireless link to a new location solved the problem. I don't know for certain why after 4 years I had to relocate it but I'm thinking the new router caused additional interference. The key to moving the wireless link is to unplug the wireless link, move it, and power it back on. Just moving it around a little in my hand while watching the light didn't work. I couldn't move it much since it only has a 1 foot cable to the protocol adapter. I'll probably try reinstaling it with a new longer cable for a better location. In case anyone else runs into this I upgraded from an AT&T BGW210 router to an AT&T BGW320.
